Pine Mountain Cabins come standard with full lap, tongue and groove Southern Yellow Pine interiors, a rustic metal roof, and James Hardie lap siding in a cedar stain finish. A different rustic look with log siding, cedar siding or cedar-stained James Hardie siding is available in the Sportsman Lodge series. RV Park Models are recreational vehicles primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreation, camping or seasonal use. They are built on a single chassis, mounted on wheels, and have a gross trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet excluding any porches or lofts. Each Park Model is certified by the RPTIA member manufacturer as complying with ANSI A119.5.The Park Model Cottages and Cabins that we offerare 12’ wide and must be transported with special movement permits from the state highway department.
